Structure

SWEAT consist of three splits; Lower Body. Upper Body. Total Body Conditioning. Following a group Strength Training and HIIT program, you will build a solid foundation for your growth. Every month you complete a fitness assessment to evaluate your successes & identify areas of opportunity.

Variety

Push and pull muscles in ways you never knew possible! An ever-evolving series will push you beyond your limits. You will always feel challenged with each workout! In addition to your strength training classes, we compliment them with mobility. You have a variety of classes to chose from to meet your goals!

Accountability

This community is one of a kind. You will have a Team of Coaches there for you and holding you accountable, as well as your SWEATmates! This community unites online, as well, sharing recipes, tips, motivation and we plan awesome events outside of working out!

SWEAT Strength & Conditioning is a 1 hour workout located at Los Campeones in Minneapolis, Minnesota that focuses on group Strength Training, High Intensity Interval Training, and mobility. You will be challenged at every workout using a wide variety of equipment such as the assault bikes, battle ropes, wall balls, rowers, barbells, dumbbells, slam balls, SBT straps, kettlebells, pull-up bars, sand bags, tires, and your body weight. The 13,000 Square foot open warehouse layout provides endless possibilities in Jess making you SWEAT!! The facility offers:

  • 9,000 Sq ft outdoor courtyard

  • Indoor turf section

  • Official boxing ring

  • 2 bathrooms, 2 locker rooms, changing area

  • Complimentary towel service

  • Open 365 days a year

  • Open Gym Time: Monday through Friday 5am until 10pm, Saturday/Sunday 7am until 7pm

Ego is not your amigo at SWEAT Strength & Conditioning; we are all here to workout, get healthy, and have FUN! The only competition is with yourself; never compare your Chapter 1 to someone's Chapter 8.
