Group Strength Training at Los Campeones Gym
SWJ strength classes are built around progressive overload, meaning we steadily increase weights with strength and confidence, all alongside the SWJ community, Sweat-letes!
You’ll learn core compound lifts like back squat, bench press, deadlift, pull ups, strict press, and tricep dips, along with proper warm-ups, safe lifting technique and goal setting and tracking for each cycle. Our 8 week cycles shift from strength to growth, so you will keep progressing.

You pumped for HYROX? Jess is ready! This is a 20 week plan to get you set for success! Jess will reach out with your specific goal for this event and base the plan specifics off of YOUR goal!
Pay attention to the breakdown:
8 weeks: Prep. Strength + Sprints + Endurance
12 weeks: Strength + HYROX + Runs (tempo/interval/hill work)

MACRO Plans
1:1 MACRO Plan
This plan is for those looking for support and accountability in learning the why behind MACROS and how to fit them in for your lifestyle and goals. To have a healthy relationship with food is beyond freeing and knowing how to make it work between training, lifestyle, vacation and how to plan for it all!
Jess is excited to get to know YOU and help you execute the plan you have in mind of where you want to be and meet you where you’re at, now.
What your 1:1 plan looks like:
30-minute consultation on your history; set SMART goals for the future
Custom nutrition goals for your physical/athletic goals
Assistance while navigating travel + holidays
Accountability + Support with a weekly checkin
Unlimited direct support with Jess
Macro adjustments throughout periodizing your training/lifestyle
Increase your confidence with not tracking, going on vacation without any negative noise with food, and improve your relationship with food while navigating life
This plan option is: $150/month ($37.50/wk)
Group MACRO Plan
Exactly like the 1:1 MACRO plan, but with a group. Learn from Jess and your MACRO group in an 18 week program. Build community with your new journey in MACROs and get 1:1 coaching, accountability, and support from Jess.
This plan option is: $550 ($31/week) for the entire program.
1:1 MACRO plan + Strength Training plan:
This plan is a 5 month commitment minimum, where we will work together and look at where you’re at NOW. What is your baseline, what is your long term goal, and what are your short term goals? Jess will connect with you for a 1:1 virtual consultation and go over everything needed to put together your strength training plan and then move into how tracking your macros can fit!
You will have weekly access to checkins as she helps you navigate all the questions to help set you up for success! It’s Jess’s goal after 5 months YOU have the confidence to continue on your journey on your own with the knowledge and education to make it happen!!!!
