The Scale Does Not Matter- Focus on the Positive Numbers

SWJ is a Strength and Conditioning program offered at NE Minneapolis Los Campeones! This is a powerbuildng program, progressive overload style where we gradually increase your weights with strength and confidence. You will learn compound lifts such as back squat, bench press, deadlift, pull-ups, strict press, and dips. You will learn how to lift and what goes into performing the lifts in a safe manner. In class you will learn how to properly warm-up for your lifts, your goals for the months, and have FUN while doing it! It is a mix of lifts for strength and for muscle growth!

The SWJ Crew is PUMPED to help you reach whatever you are looking for; maybe your goal is to learn to lift, get a pull-up, get stronger in your run game, or commit to showing up 3x a week; whatever it is, we are HERE! In addition to strength training, we STRONGLY encourage mobility and taking the time to slow down. SWJ offers M+R 101 (Mobility + Recovery) classes to help increase your range of motion for better and safer lifts! All you need to do is SHOW UP and leave any story in your head, behind! You deserve to feel your strongest in and outside of the gym- let’s GO! All classes are booked through MindBody!

Ego is not your amigo at SWJ Strength & Conditioning; we are all here to workout, get healthy, and have FUN! The only competition is with yourself; never compare your Chapter 1 to someone's Chapter 8.

Structure

SWEAT consist of three splits; Lower Body. Upper Body. Conditioning. In this Powerbuilding program, you will have your strength sets for your compound lifts, partnered with some hypertrophy training for accessory. We LIFT Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Conditioning days are Wednesday and Saturday.

Variety

Push and pull muscles in ways you never knew possible! An ever-evolving series will push you beyond your limits. You will always feel challenged with each workout! In addition to your strength training classes, we compliment them with mobility. You have a variety of classes to chose from to meet your goals! 

Accountability

This community is one of a kind. You will have a Team of Coaches there for you and holding you accountable, as well as your SWEATLETES! This community unites online, as well, sharing recipes, tips, motivation and we plan awesome events outside of working out!
