Pull-ups are a true strength milestone and your bodyweight is your one-rep max. The SWJ Pull-Up Program is a back-strength specific training plan designed to guide you step-by-step to your first unassisted pull-up, and then progress you toward 6+ reps on your own, bodyweight and weighted.
This program is built to fit alongside whatever training you’re already doing. You just commit to 30–40 minutes, 3–4 days per week and we’ll handle the structure, progressions, and consistency.
